Tea Party Patriots to Storm Senate Offices

logo

It is time, once again, to flex our muscle and exert that influence to hold the line in our fight against the government takeover of healthcare. The Senate is busy working on the details of a government run health care bill and they would like to pass it as quickly as possible. Some of them are under the false impression that we’ve given up and gone away just because they haven’t heard much from us in the past few days. And those Senators who have not made a final decision on how to vote are in danger of leaning in the wrong direction. We must remind them that our steadfast opposition to a government takeover of health care is as strong now as it has been all along.

So here’s the plan. On Tuesday, December 15 at 8:45 AM thousands of us will meet in Washington, DC at the fountain in Upper Senate Park. From there we will march to the Senate offices, go inside, and demonstrate our opposition to the government takeover of health care. We call this plan “Government Waiting Rooms”. The intention is to go inside the Senate offices and hallways, and play out the role of patients waiting for treatment in government controlled medical facilities. As the day goes on some of us will pretend to die from our untreated illnesses and collapse on the floor. Many of us plan to stay there until they force us to leave. A backup location for this demonstration will be announced if they block us from entering the offices.

We need as many of you as possible to be there to make our point loudly and clearly. Please make plans to attend. We know it’s a sacrifice to do this right before Christmas. But throughout history American Patriots have made far greater sacrifices than this to protect our liberty. Now the burden (and the honor) falls on us.

If you plan to attend please do four things.

1.) Use your cell phone to send a text message with just the letters “TPP” to 67292.

2.) Second, fill out the form at the following website (http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dDhad3VoVVRKenFRd3VTQkZqQjBfY0E6MA).

3.) Ask everyone you know to donate money to help us cover the logistical costs of organizing this protest by CLICKING HERE TO DONATE.

4.) Ask everyone you know to come to DC with us on the 15th and join in the fight.

If you cannot attend, you can still help by DONATING MUCH NEEDED FUNDS to help us fight the government takeover of healthcare. CLICK HERE TO DONATE.

YOU CAN ALSO MAIL YOUR DONATIONS TO:

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in Washington and at future events around the country.

Remember Patriots, During the darkest days of the revolution only about 1/3 of the population actively supported those fighting for their freedom. There is a great unwashed out there that fears real change. Not the razzle dazzle teleprompted malarky Barry O puts out. Keep your chin up! You are America’s finest. Be Proud..see you Tuesday.

Corrections. Many people writing have not obviously read the 2,000 page bill. Think…2,000 pages? have you read a book that long? and this is legal paper not book size?? This bill is NOT about getting better health care people! It is about killing people who are too sick and giving all the money to big Insurance. All these senators take the bulk of their donations from insurance co.This bill is Obama’s blueprint to overthrow our government so he can take every piece of your furniture, money, deny your medical care, know all your personal and medical information which he ordered to be placed online for all people. He is a Communist aggressively destroying our freedom and you people are naive to think he is improving your health care. Get a grip people, you and your loved ones are about to take a ride to the death camps of Auschwitz,Dachau, etc. Wake up before it is too late! Obama deceived all the people. He is a Communist from Kenya.

  3. Joe says:

Go Forward!!!! But, this “reform” is not about health; it is about…government takeover. The 2,000 pages of the document destroys the Constitution. The Constitution is where our freedom and rights are guaranteed. If this reform passes, these rights are gone. Obama is committing treason against the US. He is not the pres but a fraudulent de-facto impostor. He is a Communist from Kenya. He has committed treason against our country by destroying our constitution. Yes, they will kill the old&sick people. God bless you; if this reform passes this is what Obama will bring to the US:watch the movie,”The Pianist”(2002) and read George Orwells book,”1984″(can get at amazon,lib.). Have a meeting with your people and watch this movie together. you will feel the courage and know you are doing a very brave thing for your country.

  4. Bill Ganley says:

“As the economy falters and more people go without health insurance, low-income women in at least 20 states are being turned away or put on long waiting lists for free cancer screenings, according to the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network.”

The above shows the plight of millions of American, yet the party of Goerge W.Bush is still bent of fighting to keep the status quo.

  5. Amazed.... says:

I hope on some level you realize that you look at crazy as the Code Pink morons that like to disrupt things in name of “protesting”.

This is about as silly as it gets.

  6. Mike says:

You people are pathetic. YOUR protests
are full of “patriots” protecting us from
“tyranny”, but protests against the Iraq war were full of “traitors” who needed to tried for “treason”. Uh huh…yeah…sure thing, the rest of America takes you wingnuts REAL seriously. Idiots.

  7. Mike says:

Love it how you’re “fighting against tyranny” now, but protests during the
Iraq war were full of “traitors” who
needed to be immediately jailed. You people are pathetic.

  8. Reverend S. says:

This is brilliant! I can’t think of a more poignant protest! Hundreds of protesters pretending to be sick while waiting for medical care in the Senate Offices, and occasionally pretending to die from lack of care because, of course, there are no doctors there to begin with. Genius, I tell you!

  9. TreadingWater says:

The CEO of AEtna took home the equivalent of 15000 per HOUR (based on his salary + compensations/40 hours per week. He never treated or consulted on a sick person, and his bonus is tied in with how many people Aetna refused to compensate for medical procedures. I’m glad you teabaggers have your priorities straight, I would hate to think that his compensation might go down on the basis of a few less sick people. If our current health care system works so well, how do you explain the turnout at the recent free clinics sponsored in New Orleans, Houston, and Kansas City (in KC, the estimate was that 83 percent of the attendees were employed).

  10. Justin says:

Hey, y’know what would be really convincing? If you would start actually dropping dead. I think I would support that.

  11. sliderossian says:

The people behind these “grass roots” endeavors are not “the people”. They are the corporations and their lobbyists, and they stand to gain big time in turning you against your own best interests with code words and meaningless phrases. And you all jump on with glee, selling yourselves and your kids’ futures out to these billionaires. Lemme clue you in. The health care corporate entities DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. The care not for your families, or your health. They are in BUSINESS, period. They just want as much of your MONEY as can be got from you.

  12. WasillaBarbie says:

Instead of pretending to be dead, why not kill yourselves for kill?

  13. William says:

Perhaps a better tactic (not to mention more worthy) would be to go to any hospital in the country with the “greatest medical care on earth!” and watch real people die, from real illnesses, from not having real insurance?

Well, it would be if any of you actually cared about your fellow Americans.

  14. Observer of History says:

If the changes made were to allow across borders purchase of insurance, changes to law suit guidelines, lowering of the current Medicaid cut offs, we could see immediate health care for a LOT more people, and better outcomes and prices for all. The fact it is not even legal to require people to purchase health care or any other commodity is another issue. Exercise your right to be heard. They are our elected officials. Bravo! I hope the media covers you.

  15. Disgusted.. says:

45,000 Americans die every year from not having insurance in the CURRENT system. Why do tea baggers want them to die so bad? And to mock them by fake dying in the Senate shows where these people’s hearts really are.

The insurance companies are paying for the so-called tea bagger movement and many of the tea baggers themselves have no idea that they are just puppets in a game played by politicians and the deep-pocketed corporations that pay for their reelections. I hope that everyone who shows up to this god awful protest has their insurance revoked for pre-existing conditions because that is was they are fighting for. True patriots take care of their fellow Americans, not let them die in the street from lack of insurance.

  16. Larry says:

Good grief…you people are so ignorant and full of crap. Where the hell were you when GW was doing crap 10 times worse? Sitting on your couches, watching reality TV like good sheeple. Take your “patriotism” and shove it…you people are pathetic.

  17. AhmaPatriot says:

When will we get the government out of our healthcare! I hope this protest works because it’s been almost a year and we still have the Marxist abomination of Medicare!

  18. Sherry says:

To those of you who criticize this movement, do you recall our President saying that some people shouldn’t have needed surgery but should “just take pain pills”. And he accused our doctors of performing unnecessary surgery on children for financial gain. These are the words of our president. What kind of health care do you think you will get from him. What will you think when your mother, father or grand parent is denied a surgery . cancer treatment or a pacemaker that would extend their life 10-20 years. What will you say when the government tells them they will provide end or life care instead of saving their life because they are a certain age. What will you do if your child has constant sore throats from infected tolsils, and the government plan won’t allow your child a tonsillectomy ,but will only prvide antibiotics and pain pills. We know for children over prescribing antibiotics will make them suseptible to more infection and illnesses. Our seniors have paid into medicare all of their working lives to receive needed health care, they earned it. Instead they will get legal Genocide. Thats right ! I am using the G word. What better way to save the government money to pay for other social programs. You should be careful what you ask for. We all need and want health care, but not this health care bill. There are better options , and you should insist on a better health care bill. You havn’t even studied this one have you. It won’t be free for you. Nothing is free. You will pay tour share or a fine and jail time. Did you even know that. Yeah , we’ll just let all the rich people who provide us with jobs pay for everything. Just tax the hell out of them until they are broke. Did you ever get a job from a poor person. Go to c-span or watch it on tv and educate yourself about this health care bill. Then join the people who know something about it and insist on something better for yourself and your family and friends.

  19. Cactus Wren says:

“We need as many of you as possible to be there to make our point … ” And what “point” would that be? That the Senate Office Building is not equipped as a hospital? Or that you can’t get medical care for nonexistent conditions?

  20. Jimbob says:

I agree with mi teabag freinds. Stop Palosi care before it maykes our country bad. If Palosi sees us daed she will have too face america too.

  21. Mike says:

“While I was there at the Michelle Bachman protest we actually had a senator whom I am not sure who he was and he refused to tell me his name actually said this,”You know what you people are doing is illegal.”

You weren’t sure who he was but you know he was a Senator?

  22. Andreams says:

Why don’t these people pick up some people who are not able to buy insurance and have some real deaths on Capitol hill? Don’t you people care at all about your fellow human beings? This is a life and death issue for many Americans.

What’s really sick is that so many teabaggers are on Medicare that I’m paying for and they don’t give a rat’s butt as long as they have theirs. This is America???

  23. MaxTruth says:

I’m all for protesting in DC, but this plan sounds like something Code Pink would do. I hope a grownup puts a stop to such foolishness.

We can win this by out working, out planning, and out thinking the liberals, not by acting like them. We have the Constitution on our side.

  24. *sigh* says:

The original Tea Party was the culmination of a resistance movement throughout British America against the Tea Act, which had been passed by the British Parliament in 1773. Colonists objected to the Tea Act for a variety of reasons, especially because they believed that it violated their right to be taxed only by their own elected representatives.

236 years later there are over 500,000 citizens in this country that are still taxed WITHOUT REPRESENTATION in Congress - IN THE VERY CITY YOU WANT TO PROTESTING IN!

Why not stand up for their rights?

  25. Dave Smith says:

I cannot physically be there, give them hell for America’s sake!!!

  27. boxo pandoras says:

Good job is right! I’ll meet you all there at 9AM, not just in spirit- but in the God fearing flesh!- look for me, I’ll have a pitcher of grape koolaid to keep us refreshed!

  28. Charles Lemos says:

The best run healthcare system in the US is government run. Get a clue, do some research, read perhaps. Look at the VA. It’s a single-payer system and it is not only-cost efficient but delivers outstanding healthcare metrics.

You are simply the most idiotic people on this planet.

  29. joe says:

Why do you teabaggers hate people who have no medical insurance? Do you think they should just die without good medical care?

  30. Nancy says:

    Aetna is provding box lunches.

  31. W says:

Political activism is great, as long as it is informed.

I hope all that attend have read the bill and are fully aware that more people will die without health care reform, and also of the crucial distinction between public health insurance and socialized medicine.

  32. Gopherati says:

You guys can’t shut up long enough to play dead.

  33. Kyle says:

That sure is the greatest idea ever!!! I’m sure the government can’t do there job then, which is the point right? making government less efficient then we can vote them out of office!?

  34. Teabaggers Unite! says:

Let’s go fellow Teabaggers! We can do this!

  35. DINO says:

Yeah. Keep fighting to live in the past and wallow in your selfishness, greed and ignorance.

I’m so glad the republicans ran the country into the ground so far that half of you are screwed.

Your kids are completely screwed having to pay for all that republican debt, outrageous edcucation costs and soon, their own health care.

  36. Brandon M. says:

This is absolutely brilliant! As a healthcare professional I tip my hat to all of you for putting up the good fight here. One thing I’m hoping to see from the movement is a lot of door knocking and logistical support for good candidates this year. That’s where it all starts, getting these bozos out of office.

  37. Ben Gleck says:

This is great! It’ll we be nice to see you emulate the CURRENT state of health care to these Senators, so they will see clearly why they need to fix it. Perfect plan. The libtards thank you.

  38. Kamir Aminute says:

IT’S ABOUT DAMN TIME. WE NEED TO TEACH THE SE SENATARS A LESSON. THEY NEED TO LISTEN! SOCIALISM MEDICINE WILL ONLY BE THE FIRST STEP, THEN THE JACKBOOTS WILL BE STOMPING DOWN THE HALLWAYS. WHEN WILL THEY GET IT THROUHG THEIR THICK SKULLS THAT TAXATION IS TRANNY ?

  39. Betty Deutsch says:

I will not be able to attend. I would like to say, however, that the more playfully dramatic these “protests” become, for instance with fake deaths on the floor of Senate buildings, the LESS credible the entire movement becomes. PLEASE comport yourselves with some dignity and respect, or you risk making us all look like fools.

I was at the Bachmann Rally, and was very frustrated that they did not listen to us, I hope they hear us this time, but I believe we need to be more persistant, even to the extreme of shutting down the city just the way Farmers did in the 70’s because these corrupt politician’s do not take the American people serious, see you on Tues.

  46. Confused Citizen says:

What I do not understand is why you are against providing those who do not have any other option with an option? Is it that each of you have had such a good experience with our current health care system and insurance companies that you can not understand why a change is required?

  47. American Patriot says:

Yes, let’s pray for corporations to reap more profits from the sick. You’re really evil people.

  48. Mad Mike says:

Good job. This is very creative. While I was there at the Michelle Bachman protest we actually had a senator whom I am not sure who he was and he refused to tell me his name actually said this,”You know what you people are doing is illegal.” This is the attitude these people have. You should irritate them rather nicely with this protest. Nancy Pelosi had 10 arrested in front of us this same day. Press on. I can not make it to this one. Keep up the heat.

    Mad Mike

  49. Dianne Tholl says:

I will be praying for all of you. Also I will send donation.
