Retroactive Taxation?

The Democrats in Congress are threatening to pass a law to tax AIG bonuses at a rate of 100%, feigning “righteous indignation” at the misuse of taxpayers money! If  the misuse of taxpayers money is to be punished, then Congress should punish itself. The bonus money at AIG is only a drop in the bucket compared to the rip-off in the “stimulus” bill that Congress passed so swiftly...
