It seems this sinister Administration has tried to play one-up again. Conservatives need to speak louder, stand firmer, and be stronger. The game is on. This Administration reminds me of “THE DREAM TEAM” the media coddled a few years ago when a proven murderer walked free. THE DREAM TEAM relished their victory while the those who fought the good fight slumped away in defeat.

Obama speaking the day of the Tea Party on NATIONAL TV is evidence of the deceitful adgenda this Administration has. It is not thinking of the “grass roots” people.

I have been savoring this moment, ever since I heard this event was taking place on April 15th, tax day no less. For way too long our government has expanded itself beyond oblivion. With this expansion has come a certain air of arrogance. This due in part, to the array of kickbacks that float from one politician’s desk to the next. These politicians confuse the term “office term” with “a lifetime of public service”. In other words, they are more concerned with being invited to the next steak and shrimp dinner by their fellow commrades, then they are with the concerns and social ills plaguing the American people. What infuriates me most, is the recent releasing of the new terrorist watch, where anyone who may be more conservative on an issue such as abortion or border control are now seen as “right wing extremists”. I can’t stand either major political party, but I can respect someone’s view on an issue, even if it conflicts with my own convictions. However, wether our government is wanting to admit it or not, WE are the government. WE are protected by the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and The Constitution. Government, you have it all wrong. We don’t work or bow down to you, you work and bow down to us. This means WE have the right to fire every single one of you in Congress. I will defend my rights to the death. I AM AN AMERICAN!!! If I am considered a “right wing extremist and “terrorist” for holding these views and exercising my rights, then so be it!!! Go ahead and try to come after me, if you dare. You do, and I’ll shove a copy of the Constitution down your throat and make you choke on it until you get it right. Then I’ll nail your hide to a tree and make you sign a second Magna Carter!!!

At your local Tea Party you all must TURN YOUR POCKETS INSIDE OUT to show how much of your HARD EARNED money the government wants you to keep.

  7. Jason Fenske says:

Our great nation has reached a turning point in history. We have arrived at the critical juncture forewarned by many of our forefathers, that juncture wherein government has grown to unprecedented size and rules unchecked by the people. Ben Franklin warned, that the nature of government is such that it acquires more and more power unto itself without ever relinquishing any power back to the people. We have reached that precarious balancing point where the national government turns a deaf ear to the people- whether they be Republican or Democrat- and instead act in their own self interest.

The current direction of our nation is such that we no longer subscribe to our founding principles of freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We the people no longer determine our own fate, instead our government rules without check. Over two hundred years have passed since the forming of our great nation, during which time government has regulated and chained the people without any further restraint upon government. The government reigns unfettered by the desire of the people in ways unforeseen by our founding fathers. We are taxed far beyond the bounds first envisioned by those sons of liberty to whom we owe so much. We must, in order to protect the freedom we hold so dear, call a constitutional convention and pass amendments to our constitution to reduce the government and defend the people. The following are the amendments as I foresee them:

    1. Provisions for the removal of National Senators and Congressmen by State Legislature and yearly election( in the same manner in which we may fire judges)

    2. National representatives will be paid and have benefits set by State Legislature from each state represented respectively.

    3. National budget must be balanced yearly, with any deviation being approved by a majority of state legislatures.

    4. Supreme court to immediately review all new federal laws for constitutionality prior to enactment.

    5. Reduction of earmark loaded bills by- limiting any representative from voting on any bill with earmarks for their state.

    6. Limitations on taxation- fair tax and limit on maximum percentage of income taxed on any one person or entity

Due to the national government’s lack of reaction to the people of this great nation I suggest we retarget all of our collective energy to petitioning of State Representatives in our respective states. We must throw off these chains of servitude, we must fight to defend those liberties that we have all grown to hold so dear, we must act in order to preserve our great nation for future generations, and all that is asked of us is that we petition our government for change- this is not much to ask for the rewards forthcoming. We have over the course of our history propagated liberty throughout the world and have proven time and again that freedom feeds innovation and growth at otherwise unachievable levels. Freedom sings in our blood, we feel it in every beat of our hearts, and we cannot be manacled, we as a free people cannot be caged, we will not become slaves to a power hungry government.

We’re going to Denver to our Tea Party rally but our message is not only for the President but Congress. They have no idea what the average citizen goes through to earn a living, pay taxes, raise children, health care, retirement etc. Once elected their covered with insurance, and pensions for life. Wake up people, these elected officials don’t even work a full week and get wonderful salaries and perks.

  9. Chris says:

Legalize and tax marijuana! There’s enough taxes on honest people as it is!

Not taxing it is like giving stoners preferential treatment, and doing so would eliminate much of the need to raise other taxes.

    Fellow Patriots:
Sincere thanks for all that you are doing. You are a true American patriot. I wanted to give you something to think about on Thursday morning. Have you asked yourself, “What’s next?” I’d like to suggest that you consider GOOOH (go).

GOOOH is a non-partisan plan to retake control of our government. It will sever all ties with special interest groups, break the stranglehold the two parties have on government, and help us fire the career politicians. We are receiving tremendous interest from all over America from groups like yours. I hope you’ll take a few minutes to check out http://www.GOOOH.com. Let us know what you think.

    Best regards,
    Tim C
    Founder, GOOOH

ya know, i just read the excerpt about the husband and wife trying to elicit some “crazy” responses by going out April 15th to a Tea party rally. They hope to rile up , aggravate, and otherwise ridicule what these people stand for … ya know, these have to be the same money-grubbing people who are benefiting from the tax breaks, so get a job already!!! oh, already have one? you get paid way TOO much…in other words, just get your dirty hands off my money! TEA’D OFF ALREADY
