Since I was called away on a family emergency (it all turned out okay) for the last few days, I’m reminded of another organizing tip: If you’re the main organizer for an April 15 Tea Party, make sure there’s someone who can step in for you if some work or family emergency comes along and you are unable to continue your organizing work.
At a minimum, if you document what you are doing in a cheap spiral notebook so it’s all in one place, you can hand that over to someone else if you have to step away.
